Can I pay upon arrival?
No, all reservations must be paid in advance by a full or partial payment. Passengers without paid reservation must go by public transportation. This is the transportation law at SJD Airport
How is payment processed?
We use Paypal as our credit card processor. You don't need to have or open a Paypal account to make your payment.
How safe it is paying online?
Paypal is a secure site. Non of our customers have ever had a problem. Your credit card information will NEVER be compromised.
Can I pay by phone?
In some cases, but for your protection we prefer you do it online, its faster.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. Please request your cancellation via a written e-mail, including your reservation number. You will receive a full refund, less a $15 USD administrative fee. No charge for changes. No show = no refund!
You NEVER need to place a dispute with your credit card company. We'll work with you to make any refund very easy and quick.
What if you can not provide your service due to weather conditions or whatever reason?
Although this case is extremely rare, there is a no-hassle refund policy. Just send us a written e-mail, including your reservation number and we will refund your credit card in full within 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail from us notifying you of the transaction.
Can you offer a discount?
Our prices are very competitive so our service. We offer a price match policy.
